All service and repairs are payable by credit card or check for USA orders or credit card or wire transfer for international orders. Wire transfers are subject to a $75.00 export fee/handling fee.

Interscan's warranty is one (1) year from date of shipment for instruments, and six (6) months from date of shipment for sensors and furnaces.

Ship all units approved for return, with RMA number marked on outside of container.

All repaired items destined for the United States are shipped via UPS Ground, freight charges to be prepaid and added to invoice. If you prefer another method of shipment or are located outside the US, please provide the following:

Defective parts will be disposed of by Interscan, unless we are instructed otherwise by the customer. All materials (i.e. individual sensors or gas analyzers) are subject to a $215.00 evaluation charge per each item--whether or not Interscan has received authorization to proceed with repairs. The $215.00 evaluation charge will be applied to the service/repair cost.
