Please complete the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form below, and click on the submit button at the bottom of the form. A copy of the completed form and the RMA number will be e-mailed back to you.
All service and repairs are payable by credit card or check for USA orders or credit card or wire transfer for international orders. Wire transfers are subject to a $75.00 export fee/handling fee.
Interscan's warranty is one (1) year from date of shipment for instruments, and six (6) months from date of shipment for sensors and furnaces.
Ship all units approved for return, with RMA number marked on outside of container.
NOTE: Customer will be notified if any items are left, unclaimed, with Interscan for more than three (3) months. Should Interscan receive no response, ownership of such items shall be relinquished to Interscan, and the said item(s) shall be disposed of at that time.
